Saw Abbey Gillett last Saturday after reading the Stage review on Stray Dogs and she gave an incredible performance in a complex play that had me fully immersed in her world. She had the audience spell bound and literally gasping in the final act. This young woman clearly has standout talent and a massive future. She deserves all the recognition and praise being given and more!
Abbeys was an incredibly composed performance in a technically challenging play which she took in her stride. I was totally immersed in her character. As part of a quality cast she drove the story.
Abbey gave a compelling performance, supported by a strong cast, she immersed the audience in the tragedy. Her charisma and composure made the play an absorbing experience.
