Acken Taylor brought endless creative expression to ‘Wonderland in Alice’ and blew me away with their movement, narration and ability to shift the storytelling and atmosphere with single lines of dialogue. This performance was a perfect combination of collaboration, hard work and creative expertise and this work deserves to be recognised at the highest level.

Acken amazes me every time I watch her. The spoken word that she wrote for this show was moving, ingenious and resonates with so many people . The way she moves and can tell stories is just captivating.
Acken left such a big impression on me from the start. Their musical story telling was otherworldly and my god was I blown away! Their musical talents, dancing and immersive acting style had me on the edge of my seat throughout, and their part made this show such a masterpiece.
