Theatre Venues Eligible for the Offies
The Offies awards are open to all independent, alternative and fringe theatres across London.
It is up to the theatre and/or their visiting companies to decide whether or not to invite Offies assessors to their shows. A minimum number of performances is also required. THE ABOVE LIST INCLUDES the following who are members of SOLT (Society of London Theatres) but who are not eligible for Olivier awards (except within the Affiliated Theatre category): Bloomsbury, Bush, Greenwich, Hackney Empire, Kiln, Lyric Hammersmith, Menier Chocolate Factory, Park, Polka, Soho, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Unicorn. The above list also includes the smaller spaces at the Hampstead, Royal Court, Other Palace, Young Vic.
…BUT EXCLUDES the following whose membership of SOLT entitles their shows to be nominated for Olivier awards: Almeida, Arts, Donmar Warehouse, Hampstead, National Theatre, Natural History Museum, Other Palace, Young Vic and the major / commercial West End theatres.
